Pryor Sales Rep

Job Description: Based out of our Pryor, OK office, this person Is responsible for generating new sales through physical visits, phone calls and other communication means. At the same time, handling all orders from the artwork stage until completion of the order. Office duties will also be shared with this person and other office personnel including but not limited to greeting walk-in customers, assisting with pick-ups, answering phones, etc.

Some Job Duties: (not all may be listed)

  • Meet with direct manager weekly to discuss weekly/monthly goals and brainstorm future business

  • Make personal sales calls at customer sites on a regular basis

  • Every week setting up meetings in advance with customers, based on their rating.

  • Seeks out prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers.

  • Establishes and maintains customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales

  • Introduce and demonstrate new products to strategic accounts

  • Follow-ups on all generated quotes to assure the customer is being serviced with excellence

  • Reports competitive conditions and feedback from customers to management

  • Maintain ethical, cooperative relationships consistent with company image and store goals

  • Maintain a professional/working image in self and work environment including vehicle

  • Completes sales calls and sales reports on a timely basis in accordance with Tack policy

  • Assists customers with problem solving, new ideas and other needs they may have

  • Develop and maintain a sales forecast to help analyze market conditions and/or changes in assigned territory for max productivity and growth

  • Implement a sales plan to support sales and profitability goals

Tulsa Outside Sales Rep

Job Description: The Outside Sales Rep is responsible for generating new sales through physical visits, phone calls and other communication means. At the same time, keep and grow the current customer base.

Production Support (Pryor, OK location) 

Job Description: Helping in our Production Department. Duties would include a variety of production-related jobs.

Some Job Duties: (not all may be listed)

  • Catching shirts at the end of dryer... stacking, organizing, and counting.

  • Review and inspect quality of print and placement 

  • Communicating with press/ vas teams of any mistakes or miscounts

  • Counting in and out orders for accuracy

  • Filling out work orders for verification or shortages

  • Fulfilling garments with correct tags or stickers and finishing them to spec.

  • Manage Daily Schedule Software.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods. 

  • Operations experience is a plus but not required.

Shifts M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with 30 Min Lunch (unpaid) 2 -10 min breaks (paid)
